Booking your live event music is a streamlined process with Aloha Erica.

Private and Corporate Event Music Booking Process

  1. Inquire to check availability by filling in your event details on the form and Aloha Erica will get back to you within 24 hours.

  2. You’ll have the option to select a date for a 15-minute consultation so she can get to know the vision for your event and walk you through customizing your music package to your event.

  3. To book Aloha Erica as your live musician, you will submit a signed contract and a 50% retainer. Once you complete both, your date will be secured!

We recommend that you book your event’s live music early because she is already scheduled to play for numerous events and weddings for the spring and fall of 2024. Saturdays in particular booked quickly. Prices are subject to change at any time.

She aims to alleviate the burden on event planners by thinking ahead to create a smooth experience.

  • Yes! Aloha Erica will bring all the necessary sound equipment for her performance. All that’s needed is one power outlet per music location for non-acoustic sets. Additional sound equipment/mics can be requested during the consultation.

  • Absolutely! While Aloha Erica is based in Central Florida, she has performed across the US in 16 different states, and all over the world.

    Endeavoring to simplify travel logistics for you, all logistics are managed personally and the travel estimate is included in your initial quote. That way on the day of, the entire process is as seamless for you as booking a local vendor.

  • Yes! One of the fabulous bonuses you get in booking Aloha Erica is that she is a master at learning new songs. Ever since she was 14 years old, she’s been learning songs by ear and arranging vocal melodies to add her own gorgeous twist for an elegant rendition you’ll never forget.
